Machine story: 22-12-2011
The machine was completely blocked on arrival. Keys were not movable or given wrong readout. Some bars seamed blocked by oxidized parts. The machine dismantled key units removed, cleaned and oiled (Some with penetrating oil). Analyses all the function keys how they work and tried to loosen them. After an hour or so tried to connect the main supply. The motor was getting to work but very slow turning. I decided to let the penetrating give more time. With success the motor was continues turning all the drums were turning. Try to find out why it is not stopped. After a while I turn the machine manually and forced the bars and ridges to the rest position. This works. Main supply connected the motor was stopped. Try to add, same again motor was continuous turning. A second round of penetrating oil on the suspected places was given the machine the full functionality back.
The calculation test and the carry transport passed.
