Machine story: | 2012-09-03 First impression: "Machine is mechanical in working condition". Cleaned and re oiled. The electrical filtering is defect (the motor starts to run free after a half a minute). The known paper capacitor leakage. See first 110 machine. Both large capacitors are effecting in this case. The motor speed regulation is somewhat different from the other two 110's. The electrical schematics to. See the drawing pictures. 2012-09-05 Studying the electrical schematic we see a lot of components used to prevent generating radio interference signals. As we skip those, (which is nowadays allowed, the machine is hardly not used, no one listen to those radio mid wave radio broadcasting anymore,) a capacitor and two resistor will do the spark reduction perfectly. So done, good electrical isolated. Please seen the schematic at the photo's. The calculation checks are all ok, including the negative printing of the real numbers and in red color, in stead of the nine complements notation. |
