Machine story: | 2012-08-02 First impression: "Machine is in working condition". Pin block movement was holding a little. All calculator checks past even de negative number print, which is false at the first machine (have to compare the machines) I put the first photo's of the "uncleaned machine" perfectly kept in extremely good order, after so many years. I often get remarks that my photo's are to clean, to new out of the box. Now for those I put these pictures, respecting the dust and oil remaining's, which will of course follow by the clean ones. The machine / motor has a slightly other design than my first 110 and the 116. The RFI prevented network is likely the same as the 116. 2012-08-06 The motor removed and the whole mechanical part cleaned. The rubber print roll as well removed. To have only metal parts in the cleaning. (later more) The motor was in good condition as the RFI network is. "The screw who fix the motor to the frame, was loosen". Those parts cleaned with washing petrol and a tissue. The parts mounted again. The control bar, extending the key board, differs from they first 110. As a few other detailed functions, but worked well. The paper transport mechanism was not working. Fixing this with the compare machine looks, turned out that a bare was not below the control lever. Made pictures of the cleaned machine and placed the on the site. |
