I was very luckily surprised that I got the very seldom Ascota-114 machines.
In the modular approach of the 1xx and 3xx series, this machine is one of the the successors of the Ascota 110 and "the" pre successor of the 314 machine.

Outside and internally the machine showed a lot of dust, but the machine functioning well at the first calculation check. De motor sound was asking on oil maintenance. (first photo's are taken of the uncleaned as arrival situation.) The cases cleaned.

After cleaning and oiling the machine mechanics, all calculation test passed accurately!!
Still planed to investigate the motor, which is causing unexpected noise. And clean the key tops more intensively later. Calculating mechanism is working fine and still smoothly.

During nice e-mail conversation with the previous owner, it turns out that I misinterpreted her location. Now the correct one in Saxony, near the famous and continuously improving beautiful city Dresden, is written above.

Surprisingly no electrical problem occurs sofar!! (No slow starting motor turns or warming up of the components box)
