| Machine story: | 2012-03-07 The operation by crank showed no malfunctions: reset, add, subtract worked well. Electrical check showed a noisy electro motor. I replaced it with the one from the other Automat S with a not until now not reparable carriage problem. Cleaned the whole case and oiled the internals. Studied the counter mechanism compared with the first S machine. Much smoother operation. 2012-03-08 Functional tests on automatic divide and multiply passed. |
