Cosmetic imperfections:
(I accuse no one):
The paint is peeling off due to normal usage and the decreasing adhesiveness ability al-paint. The zero setting key top is missing. One of the two counter direction switches is broken. (All as showed on the eBay photo's!)
Date of receiving: 2012-03-09
Machine story: 2012-03-13.
The outside look familiar with the Automat S. Internally looks similar to but with many differences. See the compared pictures.
First cleaned the complete machine in-and outside. The first functional impression showed hardened oil but calculations possible (crank driven). Electrical situation was showing a leakage noise suppression network. Removed that for a test. The carbon brushes of the electro motor replaced with used but still good ones. Working ok. The zero setting mechanism, unlike all the other models of my collection, works (special key in front of the four keys). The counter direction switch has here two keys. Works slightly different from all other models of my collection.
